Every concert, announced on time, everywhere people look.

Encore writes and schedules the posts, makes the poster, lists the concert where Google and YouTube read, and checks the ticket link before anything goes out. You approve each post with one tap on your phone.

One concert. The whole run.

Here is a real one: an afternoon concert in Lake Oswego on September 18. Everything below existed before September began.

The poster, built from the artist's photo the day the date was confirmed.

Where the public actually looks

Listed · the day it was confirmed

Listed on Bandsintown and Songkick, which feed Google, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music and Shazam. Encore reads the public page back afterward to make sure the date, venue and city are right, and fixes the listing when anything changes.

Ticket link checked

This one is a donation at the door, so the posts say that. A post never goes out pointing at a page that is not on sale yet.

Yuri Liberzon's own concert, September 2026. Dates and the listings are the real ones; the post wording is shown as it reads once approved.

You approve. Nothing publishes until you do.

Each post reaches your phone before its slot. Approve it, change a word, or skip it. That is the whole job on your side, about ten minutes per concert.

  • Approved posts go out at the hours your own page's history says people read, measured from your posts, not a generic chart.
  • If a concert moves or is cancelled, its posts move or are pulled with it, and the listings are updated the same day.
  • Facebook and Instagram get different captions. The Facebook one carries the ticket link; the Instagram one says where to find it.

What goes up on the wall, every season

Three posts per concert

The announcement, the one-week reminder and the day-before post, written in your voice, on Facebook and Instagram with a caption for each.

Every concert

A poster and social cards

Built from the artist's photo and your season's look, so every post carries an image. Yours to print, too.

Every concert

Listings that feed Google

Bandsintown and Songkick, read back and corrected when the date or venue changes. Most small presenters' concerts are invisible there today.

Every concert

The ticket link, checked

Before each post is scheduled, the link is opened and read. Nothing goes out pointing at a page that is not on sale.

Every post

A season announcement

The season-ticket push and the first look at the whole line-up, timed to when your subscribers renew.

Season start

An audit of what is broken now

Dead links, missing listings, posts that went out late or never, and the page's bio and photo. Fixed in the first month.

Season start

A house style

So every post sounds like your organization and not like a marketing department. Written once, kept for the season.

Season start

What you would otherwise be paying for

Checked in September 2026 against published prices and typical rates. Nobody else sells the whole run, and nobody serving classical music publishes a price for a small presenter.

A volunteer on Facebook

$0

Free, and the one-week reminder, the listings and the ticket-link check are the things that get skipped at midnight.

A freelance social media manager

$300 to $1,500a month, typical published rates

Posts only, usually one or two platforms. Does not know Bandsintown, Songkick, or the difference between a Sor study and a Sor sonata.

Bandsintown Pro for venues

$274a month, published, billed yearly

The listing alone, and you enter every event yourself. Nothing is written, designed or checked.

A classical PR firm

$1,500 to $10,000a month, typical retainers

Chases press coverage, not seats. None publishes a price for a small presenter.

A performing-arts marketing agency

$30,000a year and up, one agency's published start

Built for theaters and performing arts centers with staff. Ten times this page.

Encore

$300a month, or $2,800 a season

Posts, poster, listings, ticket check and approval, for every concert. Priced by the season, the way your budget is.

Run by someone who has stood on your stage.

Yuri Liberzon, classical guitarist and Naxos recording artist.

Encore is run by Yuri Liberzon, a classical guitarist who records for Naxos and has played for guitar societies, chamber series, churches, museums and festivals across the country. He sits on the board of a guitar society and runs its social media; its whole season of posts is scheduled on this system, and so are his own concerts.

He has been the artist who arrived to find the concert unlisted, the poster missing and the ticket link dead. He has also been the board member who fixed it the night before. The wall is built from both.

  • Has been on the poster. Knows what a presenter needs said, and what an artist wants said about them.
  • Sits on a society board. Knows what the volunteer who posts at midnight forgets.
  • Has arrived at concerts advertised with a dead ticket link. Every link gets opened before a post goes out.
  • Times the three posts the way a performer wants them: announce, one week out, the day before.
  • Runs his own dates on the same system, so it is never neglected.

Price

$300a month

Every concert on the calendar, handled as above. Cancel any time.

$2,800a season

Up to eight concerts, paid at season start. Additional concerts $300 each.

$0first concert

Free for the first three presenters. You see the drafts and the listing before you pay anything.
